Traditionalist Worker Party (TWP) in the United States have gained attention of Vespa-magazine with its outstanding spiritual nearness to Russia. Many of the party members, born as Anglo-Saxon protestants but disappointed in the liberal values of the decaying Christian-like communities became Orthodox Christian. In this context it would be impolite not to ask typical American workers, what they are thinking about our common struggle with the international liberal-marxist shadow plutocracy. Regional representative and Quartermaster in TWP John May have also told us about the reformation of TWP to a new Initiative of American Nationalists. By Igor Sivzevski.
It is hard to find proper information about TWP. What is the party today?
John May: I was a Regional Rep and Quartermaster in TWP, but the party has disbanded and is being reformed under a new name and leadership. This is due to the fact that Matthew Parrott quit political activism and Heimbach is having all his legal issues.
The Party's new name is Nationalist Initiative. Our website, with our new focus and goals, will be available in the next couple weeks.
US and Russian elites have very tense relations now. On the other side American alt-right and Russian new right movement have the same goals – resist the leftist trends in society. Is it possible to create Russian-American union to smash the cultural Marxism?
John May: As a Russian Orthodox Christian of Western heritage, I can say that such a union is certainly possible. The question is whether or not said union will be possible with our current governments. I don't believe such an alliance between our governments is possible, so long America is ran by our liberal two-party system, and so long as Russia continues to move towards China and India in an effort to defeat "Atlanticism".
That being said, I believe that traditionalist movements in America and Russia make natural allies, and should actively work together to show that unity between our peoples is not only possible, but desirable.
Nowadays Russia is nearly the last state in Europe, where the left-liberal ideology causes rejection. The fact is that Russia today is the keeper of European conservative tradition. But the left-liberal ideas gather force in Russia too. What could you advise as counteraction to this plague?
John May: I believe that only the Intercessions of the Saints and God's Will can lift us from this liberal plague. Just look at Russia, your nation was completely overtaken by communists, yet through the blood of the Martyrs and their Intercessions did Russia break free from said shackles. I believe we are entering a very dangerous time, where many of us may have to give our lives for Truth...we may never see victory, our kids may not see victory, but victory has been Promised to us. My concern is not victory, but to do everything I possibly can to stand by my Faith and people.
St John Chrysostom wrote a Homily that I find relevant to this question:
But since our discourse has now turned to the subject of blasphemy, I desire to ask one favor of you all, in return for this my address, and speaking with you; which is, that you will correct on my behalf the blasphemers of this city. And should you hear any one in the public thoroughfare, or in the midst of the forum, blaspheming God; go up to him and rebuke him; and should it be necessary to inflict blows, spare not to do so. Smite him on the face; strike his mouth; sanctify your hand with the blow, and if any should accuse you, and drag you to the place of justice, follow them there;
and when the judge on the bench calls you to account, say boldly that the man blasphemed the King of angels! For if it be necessary to punish those who blaspheme an earthly king, much more so those who insult God. It is a common crime, a public injury; and it is lawful for every one who is willing, to bring forward an accusation. Let the Jews and Greeks learn, that the Christians are the saviours of the city; that they are its guardians, its patrons, and its teachers. Let the dissolute and the perverse also learn this; that they must fear the servants of God too; that if at any time they are inclined to utter such a thing, they may look round every way at each other, and tremble even at their own shadows, anxious lest perchance a Christian, having heard what they said, should spring upon them and sharply chastise them. Have you not heard what John did? He saw a man that was a tyrant overthrowing the laws of marriage; and with boldness, he proclaimed in the midst of the forum, It is not lawful for you to have your brother Philip’s wife. Mark 6:18. But I urge you on, not against a prince or a judge; nor against the marriage ordinance outraged; nor in behalf of fellow-servants insulted. But I require you to castigate an equal, for insolence against the Lord. Truly, if I had said unto you, punish and correct those kings or judges who transgress the laws, would you not say that I was mad? But John forsooth acted thus. So that even this is not too much for us.
Now then, at least, correct a fellow-servant; an equal; and although it should be necessary to die, do not shrink from chastising a brother. This is your martyrdom, since John was also a martyr. And although he was not commanded to sacrifice, nor to worship an idol, yet for the sacred laws that were despised, he laid down his head. Do thou too then contend, even to the death, for the truth, and God will fight for you!
And make me not this cold reply. What matters it to me? I have nothing in common with him. With the devil alone we have nothing in common, but with all men we have many things in common; for they partake of the same nature with us; they inhabit the same earth, and they are nourished with the same food; they have the same Lord; they have received the same laws, and are invited to the same blessings with ourselves. Let us not say then, that we have nothing in common with them; for this is a satanic speech; a diabolical inhumanity. Therefore let us not give utterance to such words, but exhibit such a tender care as becomes brethren!
Saint John Chrysostom (Homily 1 On the Statues #12)
How could you explain the dramatic change – in the middle of the XX century US made great efforts to fight the Marxism and its origin, the USSR. But in less than 70 years everything has changed and nowadays the US became the center of the cultural Marxism and Russia now is the last state with the classical European conservatism and traditions.
John May: As Nikita Khrushchev said: "We cannot expect Americans to jump from capitalism to Communism, but we can assist their elected leaders in giving Americans doses of socialism until they suddenly awake to find out they have Communism.''
The Marxists had to take their time in America, so instead of engaging in revolutionary communism (as they did in Russia and many other nations), they had to slowly enact what is termed "cultural Marxism", which is a much slower to make itself wholly manifested. According to George Fitzhugh, the war between Cultural Marxism and Traditionalism has been waged in the States since the War of Northern Aggression.
After the Islamic attack in WTC in the beginning of the XXI century there was a vision of the global war between Cristian North and Islamic South. Why this didn’t happen and the white states still have clashes with each other?
John May: Do you believe the Muhammadists were truly responsible for the WTC? I don't.
I believe it was a CIA/Mossad inside job, used to give cause for the American invasion of the Middle East and to destabilize Ba'athist nations, as to strengthen: Israel, Wahhabism, and American hegemony in the Middle East.
Do you consider possible the Third World War between Russia and the USA because of Ukraine or Syria?
John May: WWIII isn't possible over Ukraine and Syria...I believe we have just entered Cold War II, with Syria and Ukraine serving as proxy wars between our two nations, just as Vietnam and Central America served the same during Cold War I.
